Memorial Day Weekend:

  • Meet at Music Center @9am for a time of worship through one of the different forms of worship we have been learning about over the past year.

  • Head to Greenwood Park after for a time of fun and play!

Camping Trip:

  • Our Annual camping trip will be Aug 19-21.

  • We have 6 sites reserved at Colonial Creek Campground South which is on beautiful Diablo Lake

  • Mark your calendars & sign up with Jared in order to reserve your spot.

  • we can have up to 50 people this year

  • Missio is paying for the sites. All you need to do is plan your meals.

Kids Space & Classes:

  • We will have our kids classes in the back hall of this upstairs space

  • Kids Will be dismissed after worship

Prayer & Discussion 1: “Do Justice”

Spend time as a family or with the people right around you discussing…

  • What does justice look like for you and your family? 

  • How can you, as a family, work toward moving toward justice each day? 

  • Pray for the families who have been scarred by great tragedy over the past few weeks. 

  • Pray for tangible ways that you as a family can participate in creating and moving toward Justice in the world.

  • What does being a person that “loves kindness” look like for you? In your relationships, work, your recreation?

Prayer & Discussion 3/Communion: “Walk Humbly With Your God”

Discussion & Prayer

  • How does walking humbly with God lead to TOV, justice & kindness?

  • What does walking humbly with Jesus look like in your life?

  • How do we walk humbly with Jesus when terrible things are happening around us? Like shootings? 

Grab Communion and head back to your seat. Pray and take communion together, inviting Jesus to lead you toward humility with him and the pursuit of goodness for others.
